Mueller Primaflow is part of Mueller Industries, a global force in non-ferrous metal manufacturing with the focus on quality products for water supply, heating and cooling for buildings. In the UK, Primaflow supplies brass foundry, tube fittings, taps and mixers, accessories and a huge range of related installation materials for plumbing and heating systems.

The Requirement:
Operating from a National Distribution Centre based in Birmingham and regional branches located in Bangor (N Ireland), Blackburn, Bridgwater, Cardiff, Glasgow, Stockton and Wokingham, Primaflow services customers nationwide including plumbing and heating merchants, builders merchants, wholesalers and specialist distributors to the trade. The company was seeking a reliable distribution partner capable of handling palletised consignments for delivery both to the regional branches and directly to individual customers.

Distributing through Palletline Logistics since 2007, Primaflow now moves a substantial number of customer orders through the Palletline network, using the service exclusively to replenish stocks across its mainland branch network.
